When the Main Line Spine Surgery Center needed access to the exterior and roof of their building at 700 S. Henderson Rd, King of Prussia, PA they called Pinnacle Scaffold. 
Their office provides comprehensive care for all types of spine-related conditions and injuries – just as Pinnacle provides access for crews to repair all kinds of injuries and damage to buildings.
Our skilled crews erected this beauty in no time so masonry and restoration crews could get busy reparing the damage to the façade. It was in need of parapet restoration, masonry work and exterior cleaning.
This system scaffold ran the length of the rear of the building and the side entrance and that was wrapped with debris netting to contain any flotsam and jetsam. 
The back side features a nice stair tower and a debris chute for all of the trash to be sent down the waiting receptacle.
Here’s a close up of how our guys tie-in the scaffolding to the masonry work of the building – providing one super stable and sturdy structure for workers.
We decked it out give masonry guys access to the parapet and other parts.
Some of the challenges included scaffolding on multiple levels and building over the stairs that go down into the basement. But in the end, we put this up in record time and everyone was happy.

The last time we saw this job it was just a skeleton of system scaffold going up on one side of the building at the Washington House Condominiums (113 Main St., Newark, DE). We also had a large canopy out front. You can see the original post 
But the real reason we are here today is to show you what that finished product, all netted in and containment wrapped, looks like.
The front still has that massive double-wide canopy that allows the local businesses to stay open while the work goes on all around. But now you can see the complete containment wrap out front to keep all of the debris inside.
If you recall, this is a 60’ tall X 200’ long scaffold that allows crews complete access to each floor for a complete façade restoration.
As part of this update we’ve also added a section of canopy above and around the garage entrance.
And on the other side of the building, crews have completed the system scaffold over there and netted it in. They have also built a small canopy and entrance for access to the side door.
This job is being done in phases and will continue to move around the building itself until it’s completely finished.
