As Crosby, Stills and Nash said in the song Déjà vu,
“If I had ever been here before
I would pro’bly know just what to do.
Hey, don’t you?”
Pinnacle Scaffold does! That’s because we have.
This is phase 3 of the total façade restoration of the Merion Building at 700 S. Henderson Rd, King of Prussia, PA. Just like the other two sides, this one is in need of parapet restoration, masonry work and exterior cleaning. You can read about our first phase here.
We provided crews with an awesome system scaffold that ran the entire front of the building.
We gave them a stair tower for access and a debris chute with ports at each elevation.
The scaffold was decked in and debris netted on the top 3 levels where the work was being conducted.
You can see some of the parapet work in these photos.
Pinnacle also provided a canopy (overhead protection) at the entrance so people could get in and out of the building safely.
It’s our goal to make sure the client is happy with our work and also that the businesses remain open and have normal access. Mission accomplished.
And like the song says: “We have all been here before.”
We would love to be here again.
The job is going off without a hitch and everyone is happy. That’s the kind of song we like to sing at Pinnacle Scaffold!
